Welcome to Phan Ái Thủy — Poems for Children. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using www.temp.techstersol.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About this Site
This Site is owned and run by Phan Ái Thủy, a poet, author and educator. It shares children’s poetry, information about her books, learning activities, and articles for families and teachers.
2. Using the Site with children
The Site is designed for children to enjoy together with a parent, carer or teacher. Adults are responsible for supervising children’s use of the Site and for any contact forms or sign-ups completed on their behalf. Our contact form and newsletter are for adults only.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading,
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems,
- send spam, viruses or harmful code through our forms, or
- copy, scrape or collect content from the Site using automated tools.

All poems, text, illustrations, activities, logos and other content on this Site are © Phan Ái Thủy, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright law.

- read the poems and use the activities with your own children at home,
- read poems aloud and use the activities in a classroom, library or other educational setting, as long as Phan Ái Thủy is credited as the author, and
- share links to pages on the Site.
You may not, without written permission:
- copy, publish or reproduce the poems or illustrations in print, online, on social media or in other products,
- sell, adapt, translate or record the poems, or
- use the content for any commercial purpose.

If you send us a message, question or feedback, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use general feedback to improve the Site. We will never publish your name or message, such as in a testimonial, without your permission.
6. Books, courses and games
Some books, courses and learning games described on the Site are still in development and are clearly marked as “Coming Soon”. Details such as release dates, content, formats and prices may change before launch.
- Books may be sold through third-party retailers such as Barnes & Noble. Purchases made through those retailers are covered by the retailer’s own terms.
- Courses and games will have their own terms, including any prices, registration details and refund policies, when they become available.
7. Educational information
The poems, activities and articles on this Site are shared for general educational and enjoyment purposes. They are not professional, medical, psychological or specialist educational advice. Every child is different, so please use your own judgement, and speak to a qualified professional about any specific concerns.
8. Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites, such as book retailers, social media pages or Phan Ái Thủy’s author website. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.
